Ready

deemed by the holder to be ready for its intended use
The item may not be in its final form. Indeed, it may deliberately be a draft for sharing with others as part of a collaborative drafting process.

This is the default category.

Unready

currently in the process of creation by the holder, or otherwise not deemed to be ready for its intended use
This category should be used where a system allows a partially written item to be saved as draft, for instance as in blogging systems before a blog entry is published.
